Dear Laguna Vista Families,

My name is Sylvia P. Contreras, and I am pleased to be your principal! I attended Laguna as a child, so I am humbled by the opportunity to come back and once again be a sea lion. For the last 19 years, I have worked for Ocean View School District in the elementary school setting. I had the opportunity to teach at Mar Vista for most of my career and served as the Director at Ocean View Early Education.
